			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>All mail addressed to @push.boxcar.io is, once again, bouncing. Unfortunately Boxcar&#8217;s SMTP servers are still misconfigured to return a &#8220;554 Transaction Failed. Too many connections&#8221; which causes bounce messages to be sent whenever a user using Boxcar&#8217;s services receives an email.</p>
<p>As a result, we have ceased delivery to this domain until such time as Boxcar gets their servers running again.</p>
<p>If anyone from boxcar reads this, please PLEASE fix your SMTP servers so that they return a proper SMTP code (might I suggest 421) to avoid the unneeded bounces.</p>
<p>Lastly, if anyone can recommend a useful alternative to Boxcar for sending notifications to iOS devices, please let me know and I&#8217;ll publish your recommendation.</p>

<p>The problem has now been resolved and mail should be flowing normally at this time.</p>

<p>UPDATE: The problem has now been resolved. There was a compromised account that attempted to send a large number of messages and caused the queues to backlog. All held mail has now been delivered.</p>

<p>When you sign in to the administrative interface you will be prompted to upgrade your database, this happens automatically once you click the button and you&#8217;ll then be able to access the admin screens.</p>
<p>Also note that after the upgrade you&#8217;ll need to login again, if you were logged in before the upgrade you&#8217;ll be automatically logged out and prompted for your username and password to proceed.</p>
<p>We do not expect users to run into any problems as this upgrade has been thoroughly tested.  Please contact us if you have any difficulties.</p>

<p>Mail delivery to this domain is currently suspended since while their servers are refusing mail to avoid confusing errant bounces being generated.</p>
<p>Note that this has been an ongoing issue over the last few weeks and the problem may occur when not specifically mentioned here.  Also note that the problem isn&#8217;t on our side, so unfortunately we don&#8217;t have any further information or an estimated time to resolution at this time.</p>
